Budapest Metro Map
In Budapest there is a four line metro system: M1 (yellow line), M2 (red line), M3 (blue line) and M4 (green line). The M1/2/3 lines meet in the city centre at the Deák Ferenc tér. The M4 line crosses the M2 line at the Keleti Pályaudvar station, and it crosses the M3 line at the Kálvin tér. The Budapest Metro operates between 4:30 and 23:00 with trains every 2-15 minutes (2-3 min during rush hours). After 20:00 h there is a fixed timetable which is quite reliable. Generally the Budapest Metro is well integrated into the city transport system which includes buses, trams, metro and H�V (suburban) trains.
